I tried to post this in the news section but didn’t have privilege there so hope it works all right here. I just saw this posted elsewhere and figured this could be discussed here as well:

"Our contest entry captures video from the iPhone’s camera, compresses it, and sends it to a web server, where it’s relayed to another iPhone, and vice-versa, resulting in a nice two-way video conference."

You could then call someone, put it on speaker, turn on the the app, and BAM, you got video on your iphone. I think this is the best thing I’ve seen for my iPhone and once they release it and get it working properly (adding audio) we could get some sort of Video-messaging through the data networking, meaning it wouldn’t use any of our minutes.

Can’t wait to find out more about this.
